According to the Minister’s instructions, your application is eligible for processing ONLY if:
  • you are a skilled worker who has at least 1 year of experience in one of the occupations listed

  • OR
  • you have an offer of arranged employment,
    OR
  • you've been living legally in Canada for 1 year as a temporary foreign worker or an international student
